Reduction of consumption of thermal and combustion units
Our technology enables the thermal destruction of carbonaceous substances including paint shop fumes (industrial aerosols). There is a connection to a TNV device (thermal combustion unit), through an aspiration system the hot plant effluents are fed to a heat exchanger. Under the influence of the plasma, the molecules are destroyed and the vapors are neutralized.
This method of pre-treatment allows a significant reduction in the consumption of natural gas for afterburning.
The plasma unit functions as an add-on to the existing device
Subsequent reintroduction of gas into the combustion chamber and its use as fuel
Disintegration of complex gases and industrial compounds
Reduction of natural gas consumption by 40-50%
Full compliance with EU ecological standards with a visible positive economic effect for the operator.
